Goods, Pricing and Availability
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from us correspond to the actual Goods. Please note the following:
Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions.
All prices on our site include VAT at the current UK Rate of 20%.
All prices on our site include delivery to postal addresses in the UK.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on our site are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
All prices are checked by us before we accept your order. In the unlikely event that We have shown incorrect pricing information, We will contact you in writing to inform you of the mistake. If the correct price is lower than that shown when you made your order, we will simply charge you the lower amount and continue processing your order. If the correct price is higher, we will give you the option to purchase the goods at the correct price or to cancel your order (or the affected part of it). We will not proceed with processing your order in this case until you respond. If We do not receive a response from you within 5 working days, We will treat your order as cancelled and notify you of this in writing.
Delivery of Goods
All Goods purchased through our site will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days after the date of our order confirmation. We dispatch orders either by Royal Mail 1st Class or Hermes 48 hour courier service.
An order is not classified as lost in transit until 10 working days after dispatch date. If your order has not arrived after 3 working days then please get in touch with us. We will support you during the period until you item is delivered or considered ‘lost’. Any lost items will be replaced or refunded in full.
Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. Payment is taken at the time of order.
We accept the following methods of payment on Our Site: Credit/Debit Card via Braintree Payments (a Paypal company) and Paypal. We can accept payment using the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB. There is no charge to you for using any of these methods of payment on our site.
All payments are processed using the latest encryption and security technology via our payment partners (Paypal and Braintree Payments). We do not store credit/debit card details on our site at any point during, or after processing your order.
Cancellation / Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason then please get in touch and we will action this immediately. A full refund will also be given as soon as we process your cancellation.
If you are returning goods, we will process your refund against your original payment method as soon as we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Consumers may only purchase Goods through Our Site if they are at least 18 years of age.
